Additional functionality and convenience:

• Provide option to disable filesystem watcher and automatic plugindescription update
• Update to ADTF File Library 0.13.1

• Prevent sporadic crashes when changing properties in unspecific circumstances
• Fix pin creation dialog for player when session is included
