This tutorial focuses on the navigation inside the 3D Display which is based on the OrbitCameraController of Qt. The following section describes the control elements and their action.
|Left mouse button||Pressing the left mouse button and moving along x-axis moves the camera left and right and moving along y-axis moves it up and down.|
|Right mouse button||Pressing the right mouse button and moving along x-axis pans the camera around the camera view center and moving along y-axis tilts it around the camera view center.|
|Left and right mouse button||Pressing both mouse buttons (left and right) and moving along y-axis zooms the camera in and out without changing the view center.|
|Arrow keys||With the arrow keys the camera can be moved vertically and horizontally relative to camera viewport.|
|Page up and down keys||With the page up and down keys the camera can be moved forwards and backwards.|
|Shift key||Pressing the shift key changes the behavior of the up and down arrow keys to zoom the camera in and out without changing the view center. All other movement keys get disabled.|
|Alt key||Pressing the alt key changes the behavior of the arrow keys to pan and tilt the camera around the view center. The page up and down keys get disabled.|
