Migration to Gitlab Service Desk
Dear customers,
Today we will migrate from Redmine to Gitlab Service Desk and bring our support and development together.
The process will start at 12:00 CET.
What's new:- All gitlab service desk support issues will be only visible for digitalwerk support team and our developers
- The entire communication will be via mail only, collaboration in gitlab neither required nor possible
- You will receive notifications per mail when an issue has been updated and be able to answer to this mail
- To create new issues, just send a mail with the required information to support@digitalwerk.net
- You will receive also a notification when the issue has been created
- No user registration or login needed
- All open issues will be moved and handled in new gitlab service desk after migration
